Through Continuous improvement efforts, we are successfully developing a robust process to product homogeneous S-EDM surface texture
and achieving a good repeatability for various range of EDM finishing from VDI 0-5 to VDI24-27.

Microscope Analysis
Below EDM surface finishing are under same VDI(24-27). The pictures are taken by 100X magnification.
Special EDM provides more consistent and shallow peaks and valleys. Thus, Roughness average (Ra) is very superficial. If we want to distinguish between surfaces that differ in shape and spacing.
